Spinach Strawberries Salad with Pecans Nuts
Nutritionists tell us that to have a healthy diet, there must be a lot of colors on our plates. For sure, this spinach salad with strawberries, pecans nuts, and feta cheese would qualify. It is a salad rich in iron and vitamins that we are going to serve with a Japanese dressing.

Ingredients
- 6 ounces fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup cleaned and sliced strawberries
- 0.25 cup pecan halves or pieces, lightly toasted
- 2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 0.25 cup Japanese dressing
Instructions
- Toss spinach with the dressing and place on plates into a neat pile. Slice the strawberries and arrange them around the spinach. Add around some pecans nuts and some feta cheese. Serve immediately.
