Corn Bread
Chef Eric's favorite cornbread recipe is a delicious combination of sweetness and softness. Perfect as a side dish for many meals or as a dessert-like treat when paired with fruits and jam.

Ingredients
- 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 0.75 cup sugar
- 2 medium eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 0.5 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Mix all the dry ingredients together. Then mix all the wet ingredients together. Combine the two mixtures. Pour into a 16x8 inch greased pan (or 2 rectangular ones) and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Because of the sweetness of the cornbread, I prefer to eat it like a cake with fruits and jam, but it is up to you!
