OCS courses are designed to teach all there is to know about cooking professionally and managing a restaurant kitchen. You learn to cook online at your own pace, what you want and when you want. But you always have a Chef Instructor support from the Member’s OCS Facebook Group.Members learn to cook with us to save money on takeouts or eat more healthily. Others look for a new career in the food industry, a review of the basics, an update of your knowledge to get a better job, or a desire to create your own restaurant.
