Yield: about 1/2 pound of garlic butter
0.5poundunsalted butter cut in cubes
8clovesgarlic
1smallparsley bunch,about 1 cup of leaves
12largebasil leaves
Salt and freshly ground pepper,to taste
Instructions
In the small bowl of a food processor, chop the garlic, parsley and basil leaves. Add the cubed butter, salt, and pepper until the butter is soft and the ingredients are thoroughly combined. Reserve until further use.
