2cupsfresh ripe mangoes,1/4-inch-diced
1 mediumtomato,peeled, seeded and diced
2cupsorange juice
1smalljalapeno pepper,seeded and minced
2clovesgarlic,minced

Instructions
In a blender or food processor, combine mangoes, tomato, orange juice, jalapeño, garlic, and olive oil.
