Instructions
Combine the vegetable Macedoine with mayonnaise and vinegar in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, and toss well to coat.
Lay 1 ham slice on each plate. Spoon a little of the vegetable Macedoine along the center of each and roll. Garnish with chopped parsley and chill until ready to serve.
