Ingredients
1slicerye bread,buttered
1smoked or wine marinated herring filet
1wholeradish,cut into brunoise
1teaspoonchopped chives
1onion ring,¼ inch thick
1egg yolk
Instructions
Place the herring filet over the buttered rye bread. Sprinkle the chives and radish brunoise over. Top with the onion ring and add the yolk in the center. Break the yolk over the garnish and eat immediately.
