This paprika oil is a great recipe for garnish, decorate or to sauté food with Hungarian style!
Yield: 1 cup of paprika oil
- 0.5 cup sunflower oil
- 2 teaspoons paprika powder
- 1 coffee filter
- Heat gently, without boiling, vegetable oil with paprika powder, and turn off heat. Let infuse 10 minutes and allow to cool slightly. Strain through a coffee filter, reserve in a squeeze bottle and refrigerate.
