Yield: 1 cup of paprika oil

  • 0.5 cup sunflower oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder
  • 1 coffee filter


  • Heat gently, without boiling, vegetable oil with paprika powder, and turn off heat. Let infuse 10 minutes and allow to cool slightly. Strain through a coffee filter, reserve in a squeeze bottle and refrigerate.
