Ham Rolls with Vegetable Macedoine
This is not a dish you will find in a restaurant, but it will be a way for you to use the vegetables you cut as a macédoine. This is a simple recipe whose success will come from using the freshest ingredients. Ideally, the mayonnaise should be homemade, the vegetables freshly cooked and the ham freshly cut from the deli counter and of the best quality.
Servings: 4
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups cooked Macedoine
- 3 to 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar or lemon juice, optional
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 4 Jambon de Paris slices - not too thin
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Combine the vegetable Macedoine with mayonnaise and vinegar in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, and toss well to coat.
